RankAttack Introductory Course

6 Lessons Easy

About this course

Always use reputable hosts and the mainstream services like hostgator, siteground, bluehost etc are acceptable. You can always upgrade hosting as your traffic grows either within any of these services or you can move to a professional level hosting which can run into hundreds of dollars per month.

I always start new sites off with one of the mainstream hosts and usually on reseller hosting if it's a site built for adsense or an affiliate or a niche site.

For your domain names try and find or create a branded name and avoid exact match domains if you intend to build out an authority site with lots of regular high quality content. EMD’s can be useful for things like microsites and even smaller highly focused niche or adsense sites.

Overview

The purpose of this guide is to have a step by step set of tutorials from setting up new sites through to backlinking and using other SEO strategies to get rankings and ultimately get traffic to your content.

This “New Site Set Up Guide” is the first guide in the series to create a complete start to finish SEO system but as many things change so fast in SEO there will be regular updates and this should be seen as a living document that is not intended to be static.

In this first guide, we will go through setting up a new website, optimizing it both on and off-site and I will go further with this too for Content SEO which will include, keyword research,  on page SEO and initial reverse engineering of competitors which we will take much further in a later guide.
